AGCO is seeking a Manager, Customer Care in Ennery to lead Customer Care operations across France, Germany, Italy and Global Export markets. You will manage a team of supervisors and ensure high-quality service, SLA adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics.

You will drive performance through coaching, SOP enforcement, and data-driven decision making using ERP and CRM tools. Strong English and French required; German preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience managing Customer Care, Customer Service, or Aftersales teams.
• Ability to lead people managers and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of order management, backorder resolution and dealer support.

Responsabilités

• Lead Customer Care operations for Ennery-based markets including France, Germany, Italy and Global Export.
• Direct management of a team of supervisors and local teams to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and other functions to resolve issues.
• Oversee order management activities, tracking, stock allocation and escalation handling.
• Implement and enforce SOPs, policies, and internal controls across markets.
