Job summary

Doctolib in Paris seeks a Director of Developer Experience to lead the AI DevEx team and own CI/CD and developer tooling for 300+ engineers. You will shape architecture, scale processes, and partner with Product Engineering to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

You will build environments, onboarding, sandboxing, and measure developer productivity using DORA-like metrics. This role blends technical leadership with people management in a hybrid, cloud-native stack.

Qualifications

• Led Developer Experience transformations at scale (300+ engineers).
• Proven impact on productivity, adoption and operating models.
• Strong credibility across CI/CD, build/test infra and monorepo tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Developer Experience team and CI/CD for monolith and satellites.
• Build tools to write, test, review and merge code with secure controls.
• Define and track developer productivity metrics (DORA, autonomous change rate).
• Shape inner-loop experience: environments, onboarding, editor integration, sandboxing.
