Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Director of Developer Experience to lead the new AI Developer Experience team, owning CI/CD and developer tooling. Reporting to the VP Platform Engineering, you will scale a team across France and Germany to deliver fast, reliable code-writing, testing and merging workflows while maintaining quality and control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DevEx transformations at large scale.
• Strong architectural and leadership skills with measurable productivity outcomes.
• 5+ years as a manager of managers.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with AI-assisted development transformations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build tools and workflows enabling agents to write, test, review and merge code with feedback loops.
• Own testing and feedback for monolith and satellite services.
• Define and monitor developer productivity metrics (DORA, autonomous change rate).
• Lead the inner-loop experience: environments, onboarding, editor integration, sandboxing.
• Grow and organize the AI Developer Experience team and drive adoption across product engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Product Management to understand internal users and drive adoption.
