• Experience refining and optimizing OpenText solutions to support engineering workflows.
• Ability to lead digital transformation of equipment qualification processes.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to define data flows and requirements.

Responsabilités

• Define data flows from requirements to qualification.
• Refine and optimize the OpenText solution to meet operational needs.
• Develop and deliver user training to ensure adoption.
• Pilot the solution with an Engineering team before scaling deployment across ISC Engineering.
• Drive change management activities to secure stakeholder engagement and adoption of new ways of working.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of engineering activities and playbooks.
• Support the continuous evolution of the ISC Engineering Playbook to drive industrialization from design to ramp-up.
