Menard's Group is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst to coordinate deployment of digital tools across multiple countries, traveling to support on-site implementation and adoption while ensuring consistent practices across business units.

You will design user training, create practical guidance materials, support ERP implementation phases, and help local teams transition from legacy systems, tracking adoption metrics and gathering feedback.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent (IT, business or industrial).
• 1–4 years in digital transformation, ERP deployment or business analysis.
• Experience in multi-country or operational environments is an asset.

• Identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Collect and structure user feedback.
• Actively challenge inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Promote a digital culture within operational teams.

Education & Experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent (IT, business or industrial).
• 1–4 years in digital transformation, ERP deployment or business analysis.
• Experience in multi-country or operational environments is an asset.
• Involvement in tool deployment, testing, training or go-live support.

Languages

• Fluent French and English (mandatory).
• Spanish is a strong advantage.
