Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) is seeking to build a robust ISC Engineering Operating Model at our FRA Le Pont-de-Claix location. The role focuses on transforming paper-based equipment qualification into digital processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and traceability across the organization.

You will lead data-flow definitions, optimize the OpenText solution, deliver user training, pilot changes with engineering teams, and drive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience transforming paper-based to digital equipment qualification processes.
• Knowledge of data integrity, traceability and documentation control.

Responsabilités

• Define data flows from requirements to qualification.
• Refine and optimize the existing OpenText solution to meet operational needs.
• Develop and deliver user training to ensure successful adoption.
• Pilot the solution with an Engineering team before scaling deployment across ISC Engineering.
• Drive change management activities to secure stakeholder engagement and adoption of new ways of working.
• Participate in the Engineering Operating Model.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of engineering activities.
• Support the continuous evolution of the ISC Engineering Playbook to drive successful industrialization from robust design through equipment ramp-up.
• If feasible, leverage digital solutions and automation opportunities to strengthen the Engineering Operating Model.
