• Refine and optimize the OpenText solution to meet operational needs.
• Develop and deliver user training to ensure adoption.
• Pilot the solution with an Engineering team before scaling deployment across ISC Engineering.
• Drive change management activities to secure stakeholder engagement and adoption of new ways of working.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of engineering activities and playbooks.
• Support the continuous evolution of the ISC Engineering Playbook to drive industrialization from design to ramp-up.

Build a Robust ISC Engineering Operating Model to support all engineers and faster project delivery

Main Activity - Digital Equipment Qualification Transformation

Lead the transition from paper-based to digital equipment qualification processes, improving efficiency, data integrity, and traceability across the organization.

This Will Allow The Following:

• Eliminate inefficiencies, reduce delays, and minimize the risk of documentation errors associated with manual processes.
• Improve accessibility, traceability, and linkage of engineering documentation, including specifications, testing, qualification records, and deviations.
• Reduce paper storage costs

Key Responsibilities

• Define data flows from requirements to qualification
• Refine and optimize the existing OpenText solution to meet operational needs.
• Develop and deliver user training to ensure successful adoption.
• Pilot the solution with an Engineering team before scaling deployment across ISC Engineering.
• Drive change management activities to secure stakeholder engagement and adoption of new ways of working.

Participate in the Engineering Operating Model

Support the development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, processes, governance frameworks, and digital capabilities that enable consistent and efficient project execution across ISC Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and standardization of engineering activities
• Support the continuous evolution of the ISC Engineering Playbook to drive successful industrialization from robust design through equipment ramp-up
• If feasible, leverage digital solutions and automation opportunities to strengthen the Engineering Operating Model.
