Job summary

Bureau Veritas seeks a Digital Product Manager to lead Upstream Labs digitalization projects within our global commodities network. You will translate laboratory workflows into user-centered product requirements and drive end-to-end delivery from request to invoicing.

Reporting to the Commodities Digital Products Director, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, leverage data and AI, and ensure adoption with structured change management. This role may be based at one of our European agencies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or business from a relevant school.
• Proven experience leading digital product implementations in upstream laboratories and testing operations, with interest in LIMS and digitalization of upstream commodities.
• Ability to leverage data and AI to drive measurable business improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage customer-centric digital products end-to-end from request to delivery and invoicing.
• Build knowledge of workflows across the global labs network and unify legacy LIMS into one common system.
• Translate processes into actionable product requirements respecting labs realities and best practices in digital experience.
• Ensure data integrity to support analytics, reporting and new service development via API-first integration.
• Embed innovation through data, AI and new technologies to create competitive advantage.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, formalize specs, conduct UAT, and oversee deployment with change management.
• Define success metrics and monitor benefits realization, roadmap driven by customer engagement and data insights.
• Report progress and product performance to Commodities stakeholders.
