Job summary

Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants seeks a seasoned Product Lines Digital Products Manager to oversee the digital products within its portfolio in France. The role focuses on backlog prioritization, agile facilitation, and aligning product development with strategic goals, ensuring data flows and architecture meet high standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital product management, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of Digital Project or Digital domain management, focusing on product development and architecture.
Strong knowledge in the relevant functional domain is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, Product/Platform operating models and Agile @scale.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain product strategy and governance with product owners.
Partner with business to prioritize initiatives.
Drive product strategy into actionable execution and ensure process management for initiatives.
Organize product contributions to initiatives and ensure user-friendly, scalable, secure architectures.
Deliver products within budget and OKRs; follow Digiteam standards and guidelines.
Manage yearly budgets, ESG forecasts, and resources for each product.
