You will balance science and digital transformation, work in an agile environment, and ensure data reliability and accessible workflows for chemists worldwide.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in application development.
• Strong knowledge of data models, APIs, and scalable architectures.
• Experience leading Agile projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs with product owners and define the digital roadmap.
• Design user-centered applications to maximize business value.
• Lead Agile projects and MVP thinking to deliver fast wins.
• Promote project management best practices and ensure adherence.
• Build and maintain multiple apps, ensuring architecture guidelines.
• Supervise development teams and validate code quality.
• Support testing, acceptance, and user training activities.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders with clear action plans.
• Coordinate contributions across interfaced projects and teams.
