You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of QC digital products (LES, LIMS, robotics, AI/analytics), define data architecture, manage budgets, and ensure KPI-driven value realization while fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• 12+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles with demonstrated organizational impact.
• Proven track record leading digital products or platforms from concept to global adoption at scale.
• Deep expertise in Quality Control processes and systems (GMP, GCP, GLP).

• Define QC Digital product line strategy aligned with transformation agenda and manufacturing objectives.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of QC digital products—from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Define data architecture strategy and integration interfaces across stakeholders.
