Job summary

Sanofi, Lyon, is seeking a Quality Control Product Line Manager to lead the global QC digital strategy and modernize QC labs through AI, robotics, and analytics. You will partner with Global Quality, MSAT, and engineering to drive a high-impact product portfolio and ensure ROI across a worldwide manufacturing network.

You will guide end-to-end product lifecycle, data architecture, and interoperability standards while managing budget and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles with organizational impact.
• Proven track record of leading digital products or platforms from concept to global adoption at scale.
• Deep expertise in Quality Control processes and systems – including LIMS, LES, robotics, AI/ML – in GMP/GCP/GLP environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets of €5M+ and delivering ROI on digital investments.
• Proven experience leading Agile product development teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong background in service line management and operational excellence with Run mode, SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year QC Digital product line strategy in line with broader transformation agendas.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of QC digital products from ideation to deployment and improvement.
• Define QC data architecture strategy and interfaces with stakeholders.
• Oversee roadmap, budget, and ROI delivery for the QC product line.
• Drive adoption and value realization of QC digital products across the global network.
