Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Lyon, France, is seeking an Associate Product Owner to help define and deliver the Clinical LIMS roadmap. You will work with a globally distributed team within the Clinical LIMS Europe Program to provide the central Laboratory Information Management System across Europe.

You will plan and prioritize product development, develop feature specifications, and ensure alignment with product strategy while mitigating roadblocks and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of product development experience.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Trello or JIRA.
• Familiarity with agile project management.
• Knowledge of Clinical Diagnostics and/or Laboratory processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize product development and feature backlog with the Product Owner.
• Develop detailed product feature specifications for cross‑functional teams.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes.
• Mitigate roadblocks to sprint/release goals.
• Review release plans and set delivery expectations for new functionalities.
• Serve as product ambassador and share knowledge internally and externally.

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• 5 or more years of experience in product development..
• Working Knowledge of Azure DevOps Services, Trello or JIRA.
• Knowledge of agile methodology for project management.
• Knowledge of Clinical Diagnostics and/or Laboratory processes.
• Understandingoflaboratory KPIs; such as Sample turnaround time (TAT):
