Job summary

Qualco Group is seeking a driven Digital Banking Sales Manager to drive new business growth across Europe and MENA, building strategic client relationships and accelerating customers' digital transformation with Qualco's Digital Banking solutions.

You will own the go-to-market strategy, lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Marketing to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or enterprise sales within Banking/FinTech.
• Experience selling to C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of Digital Banking and fintech solutions.
• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy and drive execution.
• Identify and convert new banking/FS clients.
• Promote Digital Banking solutions to improve CX and operations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow existing relationships.
• Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Marketing.
• Lead customer presentations and workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, and CRM records.
• Represent Qualco at events and conferences.
• Monitor market trends in Digital Banking and FinTech.
• Ensure compliance with Anti-bribery policy.
