Job summary

SBS, a global fintech partner, is seeking a Head of Digital Growth Squad to accelerate adoption and sales of Digital Banking, Digital Payments, and AI offerings across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role is based in Paris, Brussels, London, or Dubai and leads a transversal team of Digital Solutions Sales Specialists across countries.

You will drive strategy, enablement, and multi-country deal execution, collaborating with Sales leaders, Product, and Marketing to shape value propositions

Qualifications

• Senior experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in banking or fintech.
• Proven track record in leading multi-country sales initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and SaaS business models.
• Strategic thinker able to translate vision into execution.
• Excellent influencing skills; able to lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Digital Growth Squad to operate as a high-performing multi-country team.
• Drive adoption of modern sales practices and competitive tactics.
• Support country teams in closing strategic deals and coordinate presales and product teams.
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Digital & AI offerings in EMEA.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with regional leaders to align priorities.
