Pennylane, a Paris-based fintech, is seeking a DevOps/SRE to evangelize reliability across 300+ engineers and scale a growing platform. You will lead observability, SLIs/SLOs, and tooling to improve performance, resilience and cost awareness.

You’ll work remote-friendly across Europe, with company shares, home-office budget, coworking allowance, and wellness perks; join a fast-growing, product-led environment building the leading financial OS for French SMEs.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Experience building observability and monitoring systems.
• Experience scaling production systems and web apps.
• Experience in high-growth, product-led environments.
• Ability to influence engineering teams on reliability.

Responsabilités

• Evangelize and standardize SRE practices across the engineering organization (300+ engineers).
• Proactively identify reliability and performance improvements, not just incidents.
• Define and evolve performance, metrics and observability standards (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, alerting).
• Scale production resources efficiently with resilience and cost awareness.
• Design, implement and improve tooling and monitoring systems.
• Contribute to engineering guidelines on reliability and production excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Security and Platform stakeholders to embed reliability by design.
