ixolabs.ai is seeking a qualified expert to evaluate data and cases about child development, learning and behavior. You will assess developmental validity, cultural appropriateness and linguistic or psychosocial assumptions, and refine guidance using research-based psychological reasoning.

This remote, paid engagement expects collaboration on task briefs, agreed outputs and a flexible schedule. A doctorate in related fields and experience with AI or digital tools are highly valued.

Professional background

A doctorate in developmental psychology, child development or a related field is preferred. Relevant digital, technology or AI work is especially useful, along with independent contribution through remote tools. Additional language coverage is valued in Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati or Bulgarian. Language proficiency is a preference, not a blanket native-speaker requirement.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$105 $210/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
