Iron Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Desktop Support Specialist to manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents through resolution. You will oversee IMAC and deskside support, hardware break-fix, and conference room/remote event support at client locations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of Windows 7 OS.
• Imaging Windows 11 with PXE boot.
• Software installation using SCCM, Software Center, and manual methods.

Responsabilités

• Manage desktop device hardware, software, and connectivity incidents through resolution.
• IMAC and deskside support services management.
• Hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Conference room, remote desktop, and event support at customer location.
• Lifecycle support for hardware/software on desktops, including remote management.
• Patch updates and hardware replacements with vendor spares.
• Analyze service desk calls to identify user training and automation needs.
• Ensure desktop devices have appropriate images.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus on all desktop devices; ensure compliance.
• VIP deskside support per contract and act as site IT contact when needed.
