Jobtailor in France is seeking a dermocosmetics sales advisor to welcome customers, advise on products, and ensure a memorable in-store experience across pharmacies and beauty outlets.

You will collaborate with the sales team to monitor stock, train staff on new products, promote ranges, and share brand highlights on social media to build a strong digital presence and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in dermocosmetic sales/advising (pharmacy, parapharmacy, beauty institute)
• Interest in scientific topics
• Knowledge of brands and the dermocosmetics market
• Training in aesthetics or cosmetics (preferred)
• Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and positive energy
• Solid technical knowledge in dermocosmetics
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and high empathy
• Passion for advising, in-store activation and pedagogy
• Strong alignment with company culture and team spirit
• Energetic, organized and able to work independently
• Digital savvy and comfortable with social media
