Jobtailor is seeking a dermo-cosmetic sales ambassador in France to welcome, advise and support customers, creating a memorable in-store experience that reinforces trust in our brands. You will engage with clients across pharmacies and beauty channels, presenting products with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities include brand representation, merchandising, stock monitoring, and training pharmacy staff on new products.

Qualifications

Experience in dermo-cosmetic sales/advisory in pharmacy, parapharmacy, or beauty institute.
Interest in scientific topics.
Knowledge of brands and the dermo-cosmetic market.
Education in aesthetics or cosmetics (preferred).
Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and positive energy.
Strong knowledge of dermo-cosmetics.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and high empathy.
Passion for advising, engaging customers, and teaching.
Strong corporate culture fit and team spirit.
Energetic, organized and autonomous.
Digital affinity and ease with social media.

Responsabilités

Welcome, advise and support customers, creating a unique and memorable experience.
Represent the brand as an ambassador, demonstrating strong brand commitment.
Ensure product visibility and presentation: merchandising, checking product placement and price compliance, in-pharmacy promotions.
Collaborate with the commercial team: stock monitoring, anticipating shortages, reporting field feedback.
Train pharmacy staff: short training sessions on new products, associated advice and showcasing product ranges.
Share key moments on social media and embody the laboratory's digital image.
