Jobtailor is seeking a dynamic dermocosmetic sales advisor to welcome, advise and support customers, creating a unique buying experience. You will act as a brand ambassador with ownership, ensuring vivid product presentation and price compliance in pharmacy settings.

You will train pharmacy teams, monitor stock and relay field feedback, while promoting product ranges and sharing moments on social media to reflect the lab's digital image.

Qualifications

• Experience in dermocosmetic sales/advising (pharmacy, parapharmacy, beauty institute).
• Interest in scientific topics.
• Knowledge of brands and the dermocosmetic market.
• Training in aesthetics/cosmetics (preferred).
• Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and positive energy.
• Strong knowledge of dermocosmetics.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and high empathy.
• Passion for advising, leading demonstrations and pedagogy.
• Strong corporate culture fit and team spirit.
• Energetic, organized and autonomous.
• Digital affinity and ease with social media.

Responsabilités

• Welcome, advise and support customers, creating a unique customer experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ensure product visibility and presentation: merchandising, checking product placements and price compliance, in-pharmacy promotions.
• Collaborate with the commercial team: monitor stock, anticipate shortages, relay field feedback.
• Train pharmacy teams: short training sessions on new products, associated advice, and promoting product ranges.
• Share key moments on social media and embody the laboratory's digital image.
