Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager for a residential service near Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. You will lead care teams, ensure high standards of person-centered care, and work closely with commissioners to maintain quality.

The role is 40 hours per week on days, paying £13.95–£14.95 per hour with monthly pay. Benefits include flexible schemes, development opportunities, IPD sponsorship, and refer-a-friend bonuses.

Qualifications

• A natural leader — approachable, supportive, and great at bringing out the best in others.
• Experience in Learning Disability and Autism.
• Experience working in a similar environment.
• Passionate about high-quality care and the impact on residents and families.
• A driver with a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Holds regular staff meetings and maintains contact with commissioners and referrers.
• Ensures risk assessments (clinical, COSHH, Legionella, Moving & Handling) are done timely and monitors cleanliness to meet regs.
• Inducts and orients new staff and ensures statutory/training requirements are provided to integrate staff.
