Shaw healthcare is seeking a caring, motivated Residential Team Leader to join our Maes-Y-Wennol team in Llanidloes. Lead a dedicated team, ensure outstanding resident care, and develop meaningful relationships within a supportive, employee-owned provider.

You will lead by example, monitor wellbeing, and maintain high standards of care across shifts including weekends. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) is preferred.

About the Role

• An NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it
• Previous experience leading or mentoring colleagues, or the confidence to step into a leadership role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A caring, patient and positive attitude
