Job summary

Swanton Care and Community is seeking a Team Manager (Suite Manager) for our Deanston service. You will lead a team, recruit and develop staff, manage inductions, supervisions and appraisals, and ensure person-centered care plans for service users.

You’ll oversee quality, coordinate reporting to the Regional Director and ensure reports are submitted on time. A strong leader with empathy and integrity will fit our values and ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams and coordinating staff schedules.
• Ability to recruit and develop staff through inductions, appraisals and training.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and compliant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the team.
• Lead recruitment, inductions, supervisions, appraisals, training and rota management.
• Ensure person-centered care plans and up-to-date service user records.
• Oversee service quality and maintain records, reporting to Regional Director when needed.
