SoftProject GmbH, through its Blueway unit in Lyon, is seeking a Delivery Team Lead / Technical Consultant Manager to guide a high-performing team of consultants, architects and project managers.

You will drive resource planning, ensure delivery quality and profitability, while maintaining a hands-on leadership approach (50-60% billable) and collaborating with Sales, PMO and Customer Operations to meet client objectives. You will travel as needed to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration/IT/CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting or delivery leadership.
• Proven leadership of small/medium technical teams.
• Strong people management, coaching and mentoring.
• Experience in resource planning and service delivery operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused with value delivery.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Technical Consultants, Architects and PMs.
• Drive resource planning, staffing, capacity management across regions.
• Hands-on Delivery Team Lead (approx. 50-60% billable).
• Support sales and presales with scoping and estimation.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Own successful delivery of customer engagements with profitability and risk management.
• Lead recruitment and talent development within the consulting org.
• Monitor team performance and utilization, driving continuous improvement.
