Jobtailor in Villeurbanne is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT/services projects and ensure successful delivery across quality, timelines, and profitability. You will oversee teams, monitor performance, and develop training plans to enhance skills while aligning staffing with market needs.

You’ll contribute to account growth through upselling and pre-sales support, and ensure contract compliance, including service delivery and billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in team management and operational oversight in IT/services.
• Master's degree (engineering, business school or equivalent).
• Strong delivery management expertise (quality, margins, client commitments).
• Proven leadership and employee development experience.
• Interest in business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and steer operations.
• Excellent collaboration and consensus-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery and ensure project success (quality, timelines, profitability).
• Manage teams with performance monitoring, annual reviews, training plans.
• Optimize staffing and workload planning in line with needs.
• Contribute to account growth via upselling and pre-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with contracts: manage service delivery and billing.
• Produce management reports and monitor LBU performance.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management on sourcing and internal mobility.
