JD.com is seeking an experienced DSP Partnership Manager to oversee daily DSP supplier relations, monitor KPIs, and coordinate capacity to align with business needs. The role focuses on managing exceptions and ensuring European compliance across partnerships.

The ideal candidate has around five years of DSP partnership experience, strong English proficiency, and excellent cross‑functional communication skills to navigate a complex, European ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with ~5 years in DSP partnership management.
• Fluent English used as working language.
• Strong cross‑departmental communication and problem solving; familiarity with European DSP compliance.

• Service Provider Management: daily management of DSP suppliers, KPI assessment and relationship maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Capacity Communication and Coordination: establish close communication with DSP providers, coordinate capacity to match business needs and ensure smooth terminal deliveries.
• Exception Handling: lead handling of various DSP partnership exceptions, develop solutions and close the loop to minimize impact.
• Compliance Management: ensure partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.

• Service Provider Management: Responsible for the daily management of DSP service providers, KPI assessment, and relationship maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Capacity Communication and Coordination: Establish a close communication mechanism with DSP service providers, coordinate capacity resources to match business needs, and ensure smooth terminal delivery chains.
• Exception Handling: Lead the handling of various exceptions in DSP partnerships, develop solutions, and close the loop to minimize business impact.
• Compliance Management: Ensure that partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or above; approximately five years of experience in DSP partnership management, with a deep understanding of DSP partnership models and operational logic;
• Strong English speaking skills, which can be used as a working language;
• Excellent cross-departmental communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with European DSP compliance requirements.
