Job summary

JD.com is seeking an experienced HR professional to advance people strategy across the business unit in Paris. You will partner with leadership to foster culture, analyze workforce data, and implement programs that enhance performance and retention.

This role focuses on HR operations, annual engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of People programs across the BU. You will collaborate with teams to build a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

• Knowledge of people programs and employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the business unit and identify ways to improve effectiveness through teams, structure, and processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve work relationships, morale, culture, productivity, and retention.
• Review people data to identify trends and suggest solutions for performance and retention.
• Present data and analytics in a way that reveals meaningful insights for the business.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure seamless execution of People Practice programs.
• Manage org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards, and recognition.
• Contribute to the design and execution of the HR Strategic Business Plan.
• Create annual engagement programs reaching members and alumni.
• Oversee HR Operations activities like MIS, reports, and payroll inputs.
• Stay updated with best HR practices and drive innovative programs.

Job Responsibilities & Job Requirements

• Have a pulse of the business unit and constantly think about how to improve the effectiveness of the business unit
• by looking at teams, structure, and processes.
• Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale/culture and increase productivity and retention.
• Review and analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Interpret and present data & analytics in a way that provides meaningful insight to the business.
• Offer HR policy guidance and advise. Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.
• Administer org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition etc.
• Take active part in the design of the HR Strategic Business Plan and manage the execution of the plan.
• Create annual engagement program with extended reach to member's families, Alumni etc.
• Effectively manage the HR Operations activities like MIS, reports, payroll inputs, etc.
• Being updated with the best HR practices across industry and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs
