Rexel is seeking a Data Platform Lead to ensure reliability and evolution of the Group Data Platform, reporting to the Head of Data Engineering. You will own daily operations across Snowflake and Azure, coordinating with country teams, architects, and security colleagues to enable migrations and ongoing improvements.

You will drive PoCs, automation, and pragmatic GenAI adoption while ensuring security and governance standards across the platform.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with significant Data Platform/IT operations experience.
• Strong Snowflake administration and Azure cloud services knowledge.
• Experience in complex, international, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English; GenAI interest is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure platform reliability and operational excellence across Snowflake and Azure.
• Manage Snowflake administration, roles, permissions, and monitoring.
• Coordinate migration and onboarding for countries and partners.
• Drive technical evolution with PoCs and automation opportunities.
