Rexel France is seeking a Data Architect to drive the development of Rexel’s Data Platform and support AI-ready analytics across Europe, starting from Paris. You will define the technological roadmap, ensure platform quality, and coordinate with central Hub teams and IT managers in multiple countries.

You will design scalable data architectures, establish data governance, oversee data modeling and platforms (data lakes, lakehouses, etc.), and lead governance meetings with country IT services

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data projects.
• Significant experience working with offshore teams is mandatory (India would be a plus)

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and document standards covering data architecture, data modeling, data integration, data quality, metadata, observability, and platform engineering.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance with country IT services and stakeholders.
• Design scalable data platforms (data lakes, lakehouses, ODS) and ensure AI/ML readiness and governance.
