Rexel France's IT & Digital team is seeking a Data Platform Lead to ensure reliability and evolution of the Group Data Platform.

You will own day-to-day operations of the platform across Snowflake and Azure, supporting country migrations and coordinating with architects, security, and cloud teams, while driving automation and GenAI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data platform initiatives and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and Azure ecosystems.
• Familiarity with GenAI and DevSecOps practices.

Job Description

Your Impact :

At Rexel Group, reporting to the Head of Data Engineering and part of the Platform Engineering team,we are looking for a Data Platform Lead to ensure the reliability, operational excellence, and continuous evolution of the Group Data Platform.

You will own the day-to-day operations of the platform acrossSnowflake and its associated Azure ecosystem, while supporting countries throughout their migration and onboarding journey. You will act as a key technical coordination point between Group teams, country teams, architects, infrastructure, cloud and security teams, and external partners.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by driving technical evolutions, Proofs of Concept, automation opportunities, and the pragmatic adoptionofGenAI and Agentic practices.
