Rexel's IT & Digital team is expanding with a Data Architect to drive the Data Platform and enable AI-ready analytics across Europe. You will define the roadmap, ensure platform quality, and connect central Hub teams with country IT managers while advocating for rapid adoption.

Join over 100 professionals in Paris and collaborate with offshore teams to build cloud-native data lakes, data contracts, and governance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Significant experience leading offshore teams (India a plus).
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong IT systems and architectures background.
• Extensive data modelling expertise across conceptual to physical models.
• Snowflake mandatory; DBT and Atlan are nice-to-have; Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive evolution of Rexel's enterprise data architecture.
• Design and maintain Rexel's enterprise data model and lifecycle.
• Define standards for data modeling, integration, and governance.
• Collaborate with country IT services and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data platforms support AI and ML use cases.
