Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data centre construction projects through construction, fit-out, commissioning and handover. You will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements across all project phases.

The role requires extensive PM experience, excellent communication and a strong understanding of industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Consultant PM/owner representative (AMO), managing large-scale construction projects, ideally data‑centre-related.
• Knowledge of data centre handover and commissioning processes.
• Clear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
• French language is a plus; English required.
• Eligible to work in France; willingness to be nationally mobile.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer relationships and coordinate delivery of data centre projects.
• Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
• Ensure project management deliverables meet Customers’ requirements and procedures.
• Advise Customer on specialists, contractors, and suppliers needed for the project.
• Monitor schedule progress and budget compliance; oversee change orders and notices.
• Prepare and maintain the handover plan and review/approve variations.
• Present reports to the Customer and run site meetings as required.
• Mentor and coach staff and manage service delivery for profit.
