Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a professional, site-based Project Manager to deliver mechanical services for data centre construction projects, with emphasis on OFCI equipment. You will support directors, coordinate procurement and on-site activities, and ensure quality in line with budget and schedule.

Requirements include an engineering degree, proven large-scale project experience, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical equipment and engineering specifications relating to Data Centres.
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Experience in vendors' QA/QC.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills.
• Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Eligible to work in France.

Responsabilités

• Deliver project management for data centre mechanical deliverables.
• Coordinate procurement, installation and commissioning on site.
• Manage vendor network and QA/QC processes.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, budget and schedule.
• Review drawings and technical submissions for accuracy.
