Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a professional site-based Project Manager to deliver project management services for data centre construction projects within Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. You will support Directors, oversee procurement, and ensure on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence on complex data centre schemes.

The role requires 10+ years in data centre or large-scale projects, strong MEP knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
10+ years of experience in data centre construction or large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP equipment and engineering specifications.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Experience in QA/QC and vendor management.
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead others.
Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
Delivering high-quality project management services for data centre construction projects.
Administering contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent or Project Manager.
Building a network of vendors, MEP contractors and consultants.
Participating in development and implementation of procurement and delivery strategy for the MEP deliverable.
Ensuring the quality and compliance of the MEP design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Leading and mentoring employees to their full potential.
Preparing bids for services.
Managing service delivery for profit.
