Gleeds is seeking a professional site-based Project Manager (AMO) to oversee data centre construction projects within the mechanical discipline, focusing on OFCI equipment. You will support Business Unit Directors, ensure high-quality delivery, and coordinate with vendors and consultants to meet requirements and procedures.

You will review designs, monitor progress on procurement and commissioning, and help implement procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Eligible to work in France.
• Experience with mechanical equipment for data centres.

Responsabilités

• Ensure mechanical design, procurement, installation and commissioning meet project specs, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and installation.
• Undertake full design reviews of drawings, specifications and schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor procurement, delivery and on-site commissioning progress.
• Lead change management and assess proposed variations and delays.
• Advise Directors on issues impacting insurance and project risk.
