Gleeds is seeking a Professional Project Manager (AMO) to lead tenant fit-out works on data centre projects in France. You will support Business Unit Directors, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely delivery from inception through handover.

Strong communication, risk management, and technical knowledge are essential. Fluent in English and French with a construction background; right to work in France is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical education in construction-related field.
• Professional PM with experience delivering fit-out/refurbishment projects.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Support Directors in delivering objectives for tenant fit-out projects.
• Deliver high-quality project management deliverables per client requirements.
• Manage all stages of tenant fit-out projects to completion and handover.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers for MEP and fit-out packages.
• Develop and maintain project programmes with milestones and tenant needs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout construction.
• Lead meetings and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations.
• Prepare regular progress reports highlighting issues and actions.
