European Tech Recruit partners with a multinational semiconductor company in Le Plessis-Robinson, France, seeking a Sales Manager - Data Center / Semiconductors to drive strategic account growth.

Responsibilities include building long-term customer relationships, leading pricing and contracts, and shaping the sales pipeline while ensuring alignment with data center and memory portfolio needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or related discipline.
• 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience in semiconductor and/or data center markets.
• Experience with memory and storage products (DRAM, HBM, server memory, NAND, enterprise SSDs).
• Understanding memory/storage tech in servers, accelerators, AI, cloud, HPC.
• Proactive, consultative approach to business development.
• Strong account-management and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to present products and concepts to technical and commercial audiences.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to take initiative with limited supervision.
• Adaptable and collaborative in an international, multicultural environment.
