• 5-10+ years of experience in construction, project management, customer management, or data center delivery.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, data centers, or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data center design, construction, commissioning, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and landlord organization.
• Lead regular customer meetings, progress reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate customer requirements with design, construction, and operations teams.
• Ensure smooth transition from construction to operations.
