Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a hardware asset management specialist to ensure accurate tracking from receipt through retirement across data centers. You will own inventory control, cycle counts, and audits, while coordinating inbound/outbound assets and RMA activities with cross-functional teams.

You will act as the first point of escalation for asset-related issues, maintain SOPs, and promote best practices to ensure data governance and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse and inventory management in hardware environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Track hardware asset lifecycle from receipt to retirement with 100% accuracy.
• Manage data center asset records, audits, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound asset management and RMA processes.
• Escalate hardware asset issues across regions and maintain SOPs.
