Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Construction Administrator to act as back-office backbone of the data center build program. You will ingest contractor schedules, manage drawings and submittals, and maintain a single, current view of project status.

You will distill dense schedules into milestone views, enforce document control, and drive a steady reporting cadence across leadership, data center providers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction administration, project controls, document control, or project coordination, ideally on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Jira, Monday.com.

Responsabilités

• Ingest contractor schedules across multiple projects and distill into milestone views; flag slippage and risks.
• Maintain integrated program schedule, reconcile updates, and align delivery dates.
• Own project document control: drawing registers, submittals, RFIs, logs, and closeout docs.
• Log, route, and track submittals and RFIs; monitor turnaround against review windows.
• Track change orders and cost documentation in coordination with procurement and finance.
• Produce recurring status reports, dashboards, and trackers across projects.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for design reviews and meetings; publish action items.
• Assemble closeout packages including as-builts, O&M manuals, and commissioning reports.
• Administer and improve PM/document platforms; build templates and automated reporting.
• Maintain controlled library of Basis of Design documents and internal procedures.
• Support cross-functional teams with accurate schedule and docs inputs.
