SISL Global in Paris is seeking an IT Asset Associate to oversee asset lifecycle operations, ensure accurate tracking, and maintain compliance with internal processes. You will coordinate with OSS, warehouse, and end users to manage IMACD data and asset movements.

The role focuses on maintaining AMDB records, logging updates, and producing weekly reports. You will also support MIS data uploads, conduct periodic audits, and help drive SLA-driven incident handling and accurate asset documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset lifecycle management and IMACD processes.
• Proficiency with asset management databases (e.g., AMDB).
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail with strong documentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an SLA-driven environment.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and MIS data handling (Excel, dashboards).

Responsabilités

• Process asset requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with OSS to gather IMACD information.
• Track asset movements and shipping details with users and warehouse.
• Maintain and update AMDB records with IMACD data.
• Ensure logging and documentation of all updates.
• Support projects and ad hoc requirements as needed.
• Reconcile inventory weekly using IMACD updates with OSS team.
• Prepare and share weekly reports with OSS country leads.
• Coordinate with OSS for physical asset audits.
• Support MIS data uploads for reporting.
