Lambda is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to own ODM/OEM partnerships for data center hardware. You will manage commercial terms, cost modeling, and capacity, ensuring alignment with deployment schedules and platform roadmaps across global footprints.

You will lead negotiations, build should-cost models, and collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to secure favorable terms and scalable ramp plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing or ODM/OEM management.
• Experience negotiating system-level contracts and pricing.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end ODM/OEM sourcing strategy and vendor selection.
• Negotiate master manufacturing and supply agreements.
• Drive RFQ/RFP processes and cost-down roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering for contracts.
