Nebius is seeking a Lead Warehouse Logistics Specialist to oversee warehouse and logistics operations for data center hardware. You will ensure inbound/outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and equipment provisioning meet standards, with full accountability for the logistics function, people management, cross-department coordination, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Proven leadership experience (managing people and processes).
• Strong knowledge of shipping standards and inventory systems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.
• Establish and maintain SOPs for shipping and material handling.
• Lead cyclical and annual inventory checks across locations.
• Mentor and manage a logistics team and onboarding process.
• Serve as primary logistics contact for engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
