Jobtailor is seeking a capable data/AI engineer to design bespoke data and AI architectures, model database schemas, and lead development of transformation pipelines. You will optimize data flow performance and collaborate across teams to ensure data quality.

The ideal candidate will have Python expertise, hands-on experience with LLMs/LangChain, and a track record in technical decision-making and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of large language models and LangChain.
• Experience participating in technical decision-making.
• Ability to mentor teams and explain ideas clearly.
