Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a Data Lead to co-lead a Feature Team focused on delivering high-quality data products (analytics and AI) with cost efficiency. You will manage data engineers, set architectural direction, and align with Product and Data Managers to drive the data platform roadmap.

You will operate in an Agile, DevOps-enabled environment with Snowflake, dbt, and other modern data tools, while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or specialized master's with at least 5 years in data and prior managerial experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a Data Engineers team (internal and external).
• Ensure best development practices (DevOps, etc.).
• Make technical and modeling choices with other Data Leads (Snowflake, patterns, dependencies, quality).
• Industrialize data products (analytics & AI).
• Collaborate with Product and Data stakeholders to provide high-value data solutions.
