Algolia is seeking a Partner Manager for DACH to execute the regional partner strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with Germany as the primary market. You will build and manage a diverse partner portfolio, enable partners on Algolia capabilities, and drive pipeline, opportunities, and revenue.

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required and English is also required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

• Developing and executing Algolia's partner strategy across DACH, with Germany as the primary focus, alongside Austria and Switzerland.
• Building and managing a portfolio of consulting, systems integrators, technology and cloud partners across the region.
• Owning deal registration, pursuit prioritization and account mapping across the partner portfolio.
