Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a results-driven Sales Development professional in France to accelerate outbound B2B opportunities for our AI voice platforms. You will collaborate with Account Executives to build target lists and run multi-channel outreach in French and English.

Responsibilities include researching prospects, cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, while tracking KPIs and refining tactics to maximize qualified leads and meetings for rapid pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience building lead lists in new markets.
• Fluency with multi-channel prospecting.
• Experience scaling outbound processes.
• Strong written and verbal English & French.

Responsibilities

• Research potential leads and prospects within target markets.
• Engage in outbound activities: cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
• Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to exchange insights on prospect feedback and market trends.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback.
• Monitor KPIs related to outbound sales, including conversion rates and lead quality.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies.
