You will mentor engineers, coordinate with sales and services, and drive technical wins in complex environments.

You will partner with product and R&D to translate customer insights into features and improvements while traveling up to 75% to support key accounts and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager and as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Knowledge of security product market trends and roadmap considerations.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive security solutions and architectures to customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a district Solutions Consulting team.
• Guide technical strategy and ensure value realization for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success and Product teams.
• Mentor teams on technical validation and win strategies.
• Travel 50-75% within the region.
• Build reference accounts and present as a Subject Matter Expert to stakeholders.
