IPL Schoeller in Gaillon, France, is seeking a Sales Support & Customer Care Specialist to be the main contact for customers and the sales team, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

You will manage quotes to cash processes, resolve queries, onboarding new customers, and collaborate with production, logistics and sales to meet customer requirements while upholding SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and customer service in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP and EDI portals is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain customer accounts and documentation across CRM/ERP systems and onboarding processes.
• Manage orders from quote to cash and monitor status, delays, or issues.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and sales to meet customer requirements.
• Uphold SLAs and KPIs related to order accuracy, response time and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
